By using the tools and downloadable apps on this website, you agree to the present agreement.

The Authors
The "authors" means the developers of the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App

Software Licenses
The authors, hereby grant the user a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App.

No Other Rights
The authors reserve for themselves all other rights and interests not explicitly granted under this agreement.

Tools and Apps
"Tools and Apps" mean the online codes and downloadable apps found at at Metallurgical.App

Training
The tools and apps at Metallurgical.App are more or less self-explanatory for metallurgists. Where agreed between the authors and the user, training can be provided by the authors as per such agreement.

Exceptions
The authors may, but will not be required to provide support services at their discretion.
No support services will be provided if the user has modified, reverse engineered, disassembled the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App or derived any source code from them.

License Fees
Most of the web app or online tools heare are license free, provided the user abstains from hacking into the codes.
The downloadable apps require the user to pay license fee agreed between themselves and the authors.

License term
The license term shall be agreed upon between the authors and the user.
If no term is specified, the license will be for a term of no more than one year at which stage the license must be renewed.

Restricted Use
The user will not conduct any illegal activity on this website.
The user will not modify, alter, reverse engineer, disassemble or derive any source code from the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App.
The user will not distribute or sell the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App or any source code from them to a third party.
The user will not alter, obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice at Metallurgical.App.
Failure to comply with any of the terms under the present EULA will be considered a material breach of this agreement.

Intellectual Proprerties
The authors are the owner of all intellectual property rights included in the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App.
To the best of the authors' knowledge, the authors do not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

Warranty
Unless otherwise agreed between the authors and the user, the authors do not make any warranty regarding the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App.
This includes losses and expenses in connection with any proceeding arising out of the use of the tools and apps at Metallurgical.App.

Email communications
The authors do not send file attachments of any kind by emails. Emails with attachments are not from Metallurgical.App and the authors have no responsibility regarding them.

Termination of License Grant
Upon expiration of the license, this agreement will terminate with immediate effect unless the license is renewed.
