UNSIZED MATERIAL BALANCING - METALLURGICAL ACCOUNTING:
Knowing that a concentrator or part of it is not under perfectly steady state conditions, and that there are sampling or assaying errors during metallurgical surveys; it is necessary to mass balance the results.
Ensure there is redundancy to complete the regression calculations. Problems arise when the user often defines a system that cannot be solved or has too many possible solutions.
To use:
✅Enter the number of nodes (with a minimum of 2).
✅Enter the number of streams.
✅Enter the number of assayed elements to be balanced.
✅Click on "1. Create Input Tables".
✅Enter the streams origin, destination, measured flow rate and percent error.
✅Enter the elemental assays and associated percent relative error for each stream.
✅Ensure there is redundancy (enough number of equations) to solve the regression calculations.
✅Click on "2. Run Material Balance".
