COMBINE SIZE FRACTIONS:

During size by size analyses, it is sometimes necessary to combine two or more size fractions (e.g. +106 and +75 microns) to better understand the data.

To use:
If needed, use the emelental to mineral conversion tool to calculate the iron sulphides (IS) and non sulphide gangues (NSG) assays.

Enter the original size fractions in the first columns of the table below.

Enter the original sample's dry weights retained per size fraction.

Provide the original sample assays per size fraction (leave empty if not applicable).

Specify the size fractions to combine.

Click on "Combine" button to mathematically calculate the recombined samples.
