SLURRY DENSITY:

While pulp density is often used interchangeably with pulp percent solid; the slurry density in the calculations below is correctly defined as the mass per unit volume of slurry (kg/dm³ or kg/L or g/cm³).
Knowledge of slurry density is important, especially in comminution (e.g., in the determination of mill power).

To use:

Enter the percent solid .

Provide the solid specific gravity.
